JOB OVERVIEW
Supports the development of strategies, standards and management plans and undertakes delivery of the document controller discipline for client project, to ensure efficient information management and successful project control. Compliant to follow document management processes andd within ISO19650 including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.

Supports the development of strategies, standards and management plans and undertakes delivery of the document controller discipline for client project, to ensure efficient information management and successful project control. THE ROLE
- Responsible for compliance with the processes and outputs required to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities within document control.
- Supports in the reporting, data analytics, process automation, data modelling, data capture and integration.
- Contributes to ensuring the project document management function is effective and efficient such that project personnel can access information they need.
- Supports and guides project colleagues in document management practices and processes to maintain compliance and assurance that documents are controlled and storage filing is controlled.
- Assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
- Contributes to the set-up, implementation and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Coordinates work activities to achieve agreed objectives and provide performance management, development and coaching.
- Some Information Management experience from one or more projects and programs.
- Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness
- Experience in ISO 19650 series, CDE management
- Familiarity with information architecture, naming, numbering, filing conventions.
- Have experience of software e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, Project Delivery Management System (PDMS).
- Must be amenable to be assigned in any of the following work locations: Rizal or Laguna
