JOB OVERVIEW 
Responsible for designing the governance architecture, processes, and procedures for successful project development, delivery and control throughout the project phases. Develops and maintains integrated project RACIs, drumbeat of reporting and assurance. Prepares documentation packs for checkpoint submissions. Supports reporting and realization of business case benefits. 

THE ROLE 
  • Prioritizing, authorizing, directing, empowering and overseeing management, and assuring and reviewing performance.  
  • Ensuring that the governance architecture, supporting processes, procedures are in place to support the successful development and delivery of the program projects.  
  • Ensuring that those at the working level are empowered to make day-to-day decisions aligned to the overall project objectives.  
  • Maintaining the governance and assurance framework that provides levels of technical and financial control across the project and throughout the development and implementation phases aligned to the required benefits and objectives.  
  • Sharing knowledge, best practice, tools, templates and processes that support strong robust governance and trusted decision-making. 
  • Maintaining collaboratively governance and assurance management plan. 
  • Developing and maintaining Integrated project RACIs.  
  • Confirming drumbeat of reporting and assurance (including monthly report; planning and supporting logistics for submissions); drumbeat and calendar (meeting register); governance meetings (change panel, risk review).  
THE INDIVIDUAL
  • Ability to prioritize and work as part of a team, lead by example and demonstrate the key importance of governance to successful major infrastructure projects.   
  • Collaborative approach and initiative   
  • Ability to work with Executive level members of the client and other externals stakeholders with diplomacy and care.   
  • Strong understanding of requirements for successful governance for major projects, ability to apply lessons from other major programs.    
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or project management software.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.   
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Project management qualification.   
  • Experience working within, setting up governance frameworks that focus on best for project and value for money outcomes 
  • Must be amenable to be assigned in any of the following work locations: Rizal or Laguna
