THE ROLE

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting Prime Energy’s brand image, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders, and driving impactful publicity efforts. This role will oversee all media engagements, enhance brand visibility, and manage the development of compelling content across various platforms.


Publicity and Media Engagements
  • Develop and execute strategic media relations plans to promote Prime Energy’s initiatives and projects.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, media roundtable discussions, and speaking engagements for company leaders.
  • Draft and distribute high-quality media releases, ensuring alignment with the company’s messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and other media stakeholders.
Brand Visibility
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship and award opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, ensuring alignment with branding strategies.
  • Oversee event coverage and post-event reporting to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Creatives and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) Materials
  • Develop engaging social media content to drive audience interaction and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Manage the company website to ensure relevance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the production of corporate collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and internal communications materials.
Audience Insight Monitoring
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide data-driven insights to management
  • Oversee monitoring of media coverage and social media listening to understand audience sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement

THE INDIVIDUAL
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of the Philippine media landscape and established links with media outfits or agencies
  • Proven track record in media relations and brand management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, website updates, and design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
