JOB OVERVIEW
The ESG Performance Analytics Manager works with the ESG Director to manage the enterprise wide ESG Data Management Center, which serves as the primary repository of information and think tank that will support the net zero and decarbonization aspirations of the company. This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of key reporting standards and the interpretation of data.

THE ROLE 
  • Manages the robust ESG impact metrics tracking and value creation KPIs across the various business sectors of Prime Infra.
  • Works with leadership and business to develop a system/ platform for encoding, monitoring, and evaluating ESG and sustainability data. 
  • Creates critical communications and data representations (data visualization, dashboards, etc.) for key internal and external partners by demonstrating ESG and other business metrics to support ESG reporting and organizational purpose communications.
  • Understands and recommends company policies and processes to which improvements can be made in accordance with the organization’s commitment to sustainability. 
  • Gather and analyze sustainability data. Conducts research to identify environmental and sustainability concerns, interests, and issues.
  • Coordinates and aligns Prime Infra’s external sustainability and environmental reporting, with the ability to interpret carbon and environmental data and provide insights on progress against set business targets.
  • Instils best practices for business sectors and corporate functions to record carbon emissions data, assess performance, and set improvement goals in Prime Infra’s bespoke software platform.
  • Aligns with industry best practice as articulated by external bodies and 'best in class' peers; and leads in anticipating and coordinating Prime Infra’s response to ESG raters like MSCI, S&P, Sustainalytics, CDP, including standard-setting bodies like GRI, TCFD, SASB, and IIRC.

THE INDIVIDUAL 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental science, data science or relevant degree. Postgraduate qualification or certification in sustainability is preferred but not required.
  • 10 years' experience in sustainability and environmental reporting, preferably in the power, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of environmental science and carbon emissions and reporting requirements, familiarity with key external reporting organizations (CDP, EcoVadis,etc.) and reporting trends.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding and keen interest in the ESG reporting landscape.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management experience and analytical skills; ability to handle complex data sets and work on multiple tasks with competing deadlines
