JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for managing the Information Management (IM) function, contributing to developing strategic development, standards and management plans, and both leading delivery of the IM discipline for client projects/programs. Provides leadership & direction across function and supports and coaches managers.

THE ROLE

Defines and delivers IM strategies, standards (inc. ISO19650) and processes within the organization and for client-facing projects.
Establishes and manages the project/program IM function following the strategy, standards and processes set.
Executes assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
Provides expert technical and functional advice, contributing to, and shared ownership of aspects of global Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge.
Proactively contributes to tenders in terms of IM strategies and solutions, driving successful delivery.
Manages a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success & key performance indicators (KPIs), including a continuous improvement culture.
Provides performance management, technical & career development and coaching.

THE INDIVIDUAL

Information Management leadership experience across a number of projects/programs.
Information architecture.
Naming, numbering, filing, ISO19650.
Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers.
Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc.
Must be amenable to be assigned in any of the following work locations: Rizal or Laguna
